Beaujolais for all seasons

Fruity, with bright berry flavours, light and easy to drink, yet complex and slightly peppery, the Régnié “Printemps Fleuri” 2015 (€5.10) from the Vignerons de Bel Air is perfect to pair with summer dishes or a san aperitif.
From the same producer, the Brouilly Domaine des Poutoux 2015 (€7.55) and the Fleury Domaine des Deux Noyers 2014 (€8.60) are more structured, more complex and more spicy. Well balanced, developing black fruits and light coffee notes as well as a long finish, they are a good match for fall and early winter dishes such as red meat, partridge or pheasant.
